We must do everything in our power to fight the proposed bill being passed by the senate as we speak in America, this bill would effectively sell those of us who resist Monsanto controlled foods into compliance with their ill conceived products. It is a global monopoly that threatens our human rights on every level re: food and personal choice. This isn’t just some conspiracy bullshit people, this is the real deal, this is going to happen unless we do something about it, the new bill makes it:

“If accepted [S 510] would preclude the public’s right to grow, own, trade, transport, share, feed and eat each and every food that nature makes. It will become the most offensive authority against the cultivation, trade and consumption of food and agricultural products of one’s choice. It will be unconstitutional and contrary to natural law or, if you like, the will of God.” It is similar to what India faced with imposition of the salt tax during British rule, only S 510 extends control over all food in the US, violating the fundamental human right to food.” ~ Dr. Shiv Chopra, Canada Health whistle blower.

In 2008, Hillary Clinton, urged a powerful centralized food safety agency as part of her campaign for president. Her adviser was Mark Penn, CEO of Burson Marsteller*, a giant PR firm representing Monsanto. Clinton lost, but Clinton friends such as Rosa DeLauro, whose husband’s firm lists Monsanto as a progressive client and globalization as an area of expertise, introduced early versions of S 510.
S 510 fails on moral, social, economic, political, constitutional, and human survival grounds.

1. It puts all US food and all US farms under Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, in the event of contamination or an ill-defined emergency. It resembles the Kissinger Plan.

2. It would end US sovereignty over its own food supply by insisting on compliance with the WTO, thus threatening national security. It would end the Uruguay Round Agreement Act of 1994, which put US sovereignty and US law under perfect protection. Instead, S 510 says:

COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS.
Nothing in this Act (or an amendment made by this Act) shall be construed in a manner inconsistent with the agreement establishing the World Trade Organization or any other treaty or international agreement to which the United States is a party.

3. It would allow the government, under Maritime Law, to define the introduction of any food into commerce (even direct sales between individuals) as smuggling into “the United States.” Since under that law, the US is a corporate entity and not a location, “entry of food into the US” covers food produced anywhere within the land mass of this country and “entering into” it by virtue of being produced.

4. It imposes Codex Alimentarius on the US, a global system of control over food. It allows the United Nations (UN), World Health Organization (WHO), UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the WTO to take control of every food on earth and remove access to natural food supplements. Its bizarre history and its expected impact in limiting access to adequate nutrition (while mandating GM food, GM animals, pesticides, hormones, irradiation of food, etc.) threatens all safe and organic food and health itself, since the world knows now it needs vitamins to survive, not just to treat illnesses.
5. It would remove the right to clean, store and thus own seed in the US, putting control of seeds in the hands of Monsanto and other multinationals, threatening US security. See Seeds – How to criminalize them, for more details.

6. It includes NAIS, an animal traceability program that threatens all small farmers and ranchers raising animals. The UN is participating through the WHO, FAO, WTO, and World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) in allowing mass slaughter of even heritage breeds of animals and without proof of disease. Biodiversity in farm animals is being wiped out to substitute genetically engineered animals on which corporations hold patents. Animal diseases can be falsely declared. S 510 includes the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), despite its corrupt involvement in the H1N1 scandal, which is now said to have been concocted by the corporations.
7. It extends a failed and destructive HACCP to all food, thus threatening to do to all local food production and farming what HACCP did to meat production – put it in corporate hands and worsen food safety.

8. It deconstructs what is left of the American economy. It takes agriculture and food, which are the cornerstone of all economies, out of the hands of the citizenry, and puts them under the total control of multinational corporations influencing the UN, WHO, FAO and WTO, with HHS, and CDC, acting as agents, with Homeland Security as the enforcer. The chance to rebuild the economy based on farming, ranching, gardens, food production, natural health, and all the jobs, tools and connected occupations would be eliminated.

9. It would allow the government to mandate antibiotics, hormones, slaughterhouse waste, pesticides and GMOs. This would industrialize every farm in the US, eliminate local organic farming, greatly increase global warming from increased use of oil-based products and long-distance delivery of foods, and make food even more unsafe. The five items listed — the Five Pillars of Food Safety — are precisely the items in the food supply which are the primary source of its danger.

10. It uses food crimes as the entry into police state power and control. The bill postpones defining all the regulations to be imposed; postpones defining crimes to be punished, postpones defining penalties to be applied. It removes fundamental constitutional protections from all citizens in the country, making them subject to a corporate tribunal with unlimited power and penalties, and without judicial review.

The police state we see in all those sci fi films really isn’t that far away, the truth is it isn’t the governments that control these fear mongering armies of black clad baton wielding sheeple, but infact the corporations, the corporations we’re giving our power too willingly on a day to day basis. Make a choice between LOVE or FEAR.. the time is now.

There are over 150 million tribal people worldwide, and almost all suffer relentless persecution.

In February of 2008, I decided to cooperatively test a hypothesis with Saida Medvedeva, Producer of the film “Water – The Great Mystery”; exposing water molecules and the human body and its nervous system to the Sound of the Sun recordings by NASA.

The first test was to expose the Sound of the Sun to the human body while the subject was wired to a GDV human aura camera that sees the amount of energy radiating from all 7 of our energy systems (chakras).

After a person heard the sound of the sun for one minute, researchers could see that the amount of energy radiating from the 4th energy center (human heart center), had increased dramatically while the other 6 centers subsided. The sound of the sun was activating the heart field.

The implications of this discovery for healing the heart center and possibly heart dis-ease needed to be studied further. What Dr. Len Horrowitz found was that all of the harmonic frequencies known within many of the sound vibration healing techniques were also identified to be inside the harmonic frequencies of the Sound of the Sun.

The next experiment was to emulate Dr. Masaro Emoto’s ground breaking work and find the effects of the Sound of the Sun on water molecules that were flash frozen in a natural state, a polluted state, and then exposing those same waters to human intention (positive and negative) and music of various sorts. These pictures of Dr. Emoto’s work is from the Hay House Published book, Messages From Water. Notice the difference between water exposed to negative thought, music and/or words and that of those exposed to positive thought, music and/or words.

The Experiment
In February of 2008, tests were conducted in Russia based on my hypothesis. Ordinary water was exposed to the NASA sound of the sun and cryogenically flash frozen then photographed and examined under a dark field microscope.

The results were beyond my wildest expectations. The researchers had never seen such an amazing result and such perfect symmetry and beauty. The crystal of the frozen Sound of the Sun was speaking in a language that was consistent with our understanding of numerology and deep philosophy. The crystal was a perfect geometrical pattern.

An FSA spokeswoman said that as part of its investigation, “the agency has traced two bulls born in the UK from embryos harvested from a cloned cow in the US.

“The first, Dundee Paratrooper, was born in December 2006 and was slaughtered in July 2009. Meat from this animal entered the food chain and will have been eaten. The second, Dundee Perfect, was born in March 2007 and was slaughtered on July 27 2010. Meat from this animal has been stopped from entering the food chain thankfully.

Just 14 years after Dolly the sheep became the first mammal to be successfully cloned, food products from cloned animals could soon become available on grocery store shelves nationwide. In what is seen as a preview of an FDA ruling expected this week, FDA scientists say in a new study that they have found that food from cloned animals is safe to eat:

” Meat and milk from clones and their progeny is as safe to eat as food that isn’t produced through cloning “, the report said.

Regardless of the FDA’s decision, it’s not expected to quell the controversy over cloned foods.

“We are not convinced that this is safe food,” Jaydee Hanson of the Center for Food Safety told “Good Morning America.”

“And we haven’t seen the facts that would convince us,” Hanson said.

Some farmers and ranchers already clone animals, but a voluntary moratorium imposed by the FDA has kept that meat and milk off store shelves.

The public seems skeptical about changing that. In a poll taken earlier this year, 65 percent called cloning animals morally wrong. Another poll found that 45 percent opposed using cloning in food production.

If FDA approval goes through, the question is how and whether cloned meat and milk will be clearly marked so consumers know what they’re buying. Experts say that may be unlikely.

“It’s very possible that these products will end up on the grocery store shelves without any specific label identifying them as having come from cloned animals,” said Michael Fernandez, executive director of the Pew Initiative on Food and Biotechnology.

Clones cannot be perfect copies, and health difficulties arising from clones get transferred into the food chain: you. Yet another open air experiment on your health, thanks to the corrupt FDA, just like their corrupt open air experiment without notification concerning GMOs.

All clones are defective, in one way or another, with multiple flaws embedded in their genomes. Rudolf Jaenisch, a geneticist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, estimates that something like 4-5% of the genes in a cloned animal’s genome are expressed incorrectly. These often subtle genetic defects can have tangible consequences. Cloning produces an extraordinarily high number of deaths and deformed animals. Some clones have been born with incomplete body walls or with abnormalities in their hearts, kidneys or brain function, or have suffered problems like “adult clone sudden death syndrome” and premature ageing. Who knows how this is transferred to YOU. Nothing has been done in research on these issues of long term exposure.

Two letters on everyone’s tongue, the destruction wrought by oil companies the world over has cost this planet life in all respects of the word. Human cost, environmental cost, ecological cost and all for the love of convenience and creature comfort. We lost our way along time ago concerning fossil fuels but this one just wont go away over night.

BP has brought about the greatest Ecological an environmental disaster America has ever seen an we’re just at the start. The cover up efforts and lack of any real leadership from the the American government may see the gulf of Mexico scarred beyond all recognition. The fall out of the chemicals used to tackle the oil well disaster are slowly but surely working their way into the human food chain, its destroying the hatcheries of almost all the local and migrating wildlife in the surrounding area. Bringing about the end of millions of peoples lively hood, but worst of all possibly their lives.

Yes they’ve “capped” the leak but Oil, but the danger of the spill flowing freely once again remains. BP plans to take another stab at plugging the well permanently next week with the so-called “static kill” procedure–sending heavy mud down into the capped well–followed by a “permanent kill,” which will hopefully seal the Macondo well permanently with mud, cement, and other substances deposited into a relief well. But not everyone is convinced that the static kill procedure will work. And if it fails, it could have disastrous consequences.

One oil industry veteran engineer describes an underwater blowout (UGBO) as quite plausible, with the well being capped plus the static kill adding pressure from the top. That is, capping the well might not be such good news. The more they try to restrict the oil gush, the more pressure could be built up within the wellbore (like a soda can). The increasing pressure could eventually push the leak below leading to a UGBO.

If there is an UGBO, it could potentially cause the seafloor to shift. And that could trigger even more oil to shoot to the ocean’s surface, possibly followed by a massive eruption of hot mud (an UGBO in Indonesia has reportedly created a mudflow so big that it is visible from space).

This is an ongoing situation and it will be for many years to come, i know it seems im always banging on about this stuff, but jesus man, this is it.. this is the start of the end. If we dont come together and unite against the $$$ sign on every thing on the planet soon, we wont have a planet left.

These trippy photographs look like something out of an Art gallery, but in actual fact are pollution in different environmenmts. . After enjoying the view of Big Stone Lake – a freshwater reservoir bordering northeastern South Dakota and western Minnesota – a lady by the name of Mary Taffe noticed in recent years that things aren’t quite right anymore. She’s photographically documented the sad environmental reality unfolding right outside her window in the hope that she can draw attention to a chronic problem that only seems to get worse as the weeks, months and years progress.

These ever-changing scenes may seem deceptively pretty on the outside but they are truly symptomatic of a far deeper problem – the pervasive pollution of a once-vital aquatic ecosystem.

While some of her images are enhanced to accentuate texture, pattern and emotion, they are all legitimate accounts of her corner of the world, forever altered by mankind’s apparent lack of regard for much beyond profit…
