Hakan has been announced as the final addition to the roster in Super Street Fighter IV, and is the tenth all new character.
The red colored giant with blue hair uses mostly grab and toss style moves, and seems to be entirely created as comedy relief and an “off the wall” character ala Blanka or Dhalsim.
